A chance meeting in a local Cafe led me to ask a question about my Range Rover Sport. They agreed to take a look and were unbelievably professional throughout. I was kept up to date with all the findings and when the parts were due. I collected the car and was absolutely blown away at how good it now sounded - unbelievably quiet. I've been looking for somebody to look after my 3 litre XFS and these guys was recommended to me after my car broke down. Initially I thought my car had a cracked inlet manifold, and after ringing around several garages for a smoke test it was recovered from Folkestone to Sittingbourne to a different garage as nobody could get my car in in a timely fashion. The garage my car was recovered to diagnosed my car as having a turbo issue, but didn't want to commit to what the issue was or even which turbo it was, but recommend JLR Automotive. I rang JLR Automotive and they fetched my car from the 1st garage on my behalf the same day. They diagnosed the car not to have a turbo issue but a valve between the 2 turbos (I think) and a few other issues, one being a level sensor that I knew about. The potential bill went from £1000s to less half of what I'd been quoted even with the extra work sorting my level sensor out, and was completed within 4 days of me ringing them! They even gave me a courtesy call after I'd collected the car and took it home to see if I was happy with how she drove. So on 1st impressions these guys are honest (they could have charged for a turbo issue, I wouldn't have known) and have great customer service and are about half the price of the main dealer while being able to get your car in a lot quicker, and can update the online service history. My car is now booked in with JLR Automotive for a service (something I was going to start doing myself), having the gear selector sorted and they're going to get it MOT'd for me. I'll be using JLR Automotive while ever I own Jaguars or if I buy another Range Rover.

Outstanding Service! I recently visited JLR Sittingbourne for diagnostic of my Jaguar XF engine. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of customer service provided. From the moment I walked in, Jamie was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail, ensuring I understood the work that needed to be done. Alas, my timing chain was almost gone! Jamie had to help me with about 5litres of oil into the engine. Jamie did the unusual by educating me of the danger of driving the car again for another few miles that I might loose the engine and the cost would be outrageous. He advised I should drive the car home, park it until I'm ready to fix it. Interestingly my car was under warranty because I bought from a dealer in April 2024. Jamie went extra mile to join me in speaking with the warranty company, but the warranty company (name withheld) refused to take liability because the car had not completely broken. He gave professional explanation to the warranty company in order to help me get them take liability but it was refused. I was completely broken and utterly disappointed. Jamie gave me a quote for the job also provided me with options to make affordable payment. What I appreciated most was the transparency in pricing—there were no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. The timing was completely broken when Jamie opened up the engine. I was really lucky that it has not splitter the engine. The car was in the workshop for four days for the timing chain to be changed. Jamie and his brother were highly skilled and efficient, completing the job on time and to the highest standard. My car runs better than ever, and I'm confident that the repairs were done correctly. Overall, Jamie of JLR exceeded my expectations in every way. It's rare to find a garage that combines expertise with excellent customer service, and I'll definitely be returning for all my future car needs. Highly recommended!
